          Rama duare tuma rakhavare ,

           Hota na agya binu paisare .

     You are the guard at the door of Shri Rama. No entrance is possible without your permission.


It is said that it is Hanuman who helped Tulasidasa in getting a darshan ( vision ) of Rama .  Hanuman is the ever - vigilant guard at the door of Rama . It does not mean he prevents us from entering, on the contrary , he helps people move towards Rama . That is his job. Due to this very reason Hanuman is dear to Rama. Rama said , " by this devotion Hanuman inspires other people to love Me and come towards Me.

With the help of Hanuman, sugriva gained his kingdom and become a devotee of Rama. Vibhishana listened to his advice and took refuge in Rama. He became the king of Lanka and a great devotee of Rama. By chanting Hanuman's name we can accomplish everything. Hanuman will take us to the abode of Rama which is the greatest goal for all human beings.

Hanuman is the darling of Rama , because of complete identification with the Master and His cause. In that , lies his sagacity. Hanuman is the role model of a perfect devotee. By following and imbibing his principles namely selfless service, doing works for the welfare of the people and devotion, one can get entry into the divine abode.
