Here the gist is that the Lord is pleased with him who sings the glory of his favourite namely Hanuman. Hanuman is the royal road to reach Rama, whose grace will put an end to the sufferings of several births. Sufferings come only when one takes birth in this world. Birth is the result of one's own deeds. The Lord alone has the power to free one from the shackles of birth and death. The devotion makes the heart pure and fit for self realization which frees one from the sufferings of birth and death.
